Halloween Events in the Boston and Cambridge Area!!!

Halloween is a great time to visit Boston and Cambridge. There are so many things to see and do!

Did you know that the U.S.S. Salem in Quincy MA (A short 25 minute drive…) is Haunted? Tours are available by “Mass Paranormal” that not only show you the history of this proud and magnificent vessel, but you may catch a glimpse of it’s more “Long Term” residents.

Harvard Square transforms in to “Harvard Scare” on the 31st with activities throughout the area for both kids and adults. Go see a free screening for those in costume of “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown!” at The Brattle Theater. For those of us that are a little more.. Adventurous… We can attend one of the many Costume Parties at the different Bars and Pubs of Harvard Square, like the one at the restaurant “OM” where they will be screening the Evil Dead Trilogy while the DJ spins the records and the bartenders concoct powerful potions for your enjoyment…

For the more historical minded there is always the “Ghosts and Gravestones Tour” provided by our ghoulish friends at Old Town Trolley. Here you can follow the same streets taken by the Boston Strangler and stop at the two oldest cemeteries in Boston to visit some of our founding fathers…

Of course there is always… Salem, MA…  Just a 45 minute drive or a beautiful ferry ride away, this cozy village is home to the oldest candy shop in the US (202 years in business!) and the House of the Seven Gables. Oh… Did I forget to mention, it was also the site where the infamous Salem Witch Trials happened in 1692. Over 150 people were arrested or imprisoned and 19 were hanged.  Tour the Salem Witch Museum or stroll through the shops offering spells and wands to please any aspiring spell-caster.

Join us… Won’t you… We promise we shall not fail to give you a good fright!
